All bed linen supplied and no membership required. This hostel provides meals on request. There is also a bar should you need refreshment.

Saturday 1st May

We will depart Stirling railway station at 09.00 hrs and drive to Caernarfon stopping a couple of times en-route for meals or snacks. The journey takes approximately 7 hours with stops. A 'get together night' is definitely on the agenda so the group can familiarise themselves, chatting to old friends and making new. Rob Ballantyne, our guide for the trip, will describe what is involved!

Sunday 2nd May

The Glyders (East): Tryfan (915m) - Bristly Ridge - Glyder Fach (994m) - Glyder Fawr (999m)

We promise an exciting day with stunning views.

Monday 3rd May

Snowdon Horseshoe: From Pen-y-pass we will take the Pyg track to the bottom of Crib Goch (923m) - Garnedd Ugain (1065m) - Yr Wyddfa (1085m) - Y Lliwedd (898m) then the miners track back to Pen-y-pass.

This has got to be the best scrambling/hill-walking day in Wales!

Tuesday 4th May

The possible option today would be Cnicht (690m). Described as a rugged but very rewarding day on the Welsh peaks.

Wednesday 5th May

After a well earned long lie we will return to Stirling stopping for breakfast or just a mug of tea at the world famous "Pete's Eats" before joining the homeward bound traffic. Late lunch at Westmoreland should give an approximate 5pm arrival in Stirling.
