Tent or Culra Bothy (if you can squeeze in!).
Backpack hire can be arranged. Mountain bike recommended.

Friday 30th April

Depart Stirling Railway Station at 14.00 hrs, other pick-up points by arrangement and drive to Dalwhinnie, stopping at Ballinluig for a meal or snack before the three hour walk to Culra, via Loch Ericht, where we will pitch camp for the duration. Make it easier by bike!

Saturday 1st May

Munros: Ben Alder (1148m) (mountain of rock and water) via the Short Leachas - Sron Coire na h-Iolaire - Beinn Bheoil (1019m) (mountain in front)
An impressive day, starting with that scramble onto the mighty Ben Alder.

Sunday 2nd May

Munros: The Lancet Edge - Sgor Iutharn - Geal Charn (1132m) (white cairn) - Aonach Beag (little ridge) - Beinn Eibhinn (1100m) (mountain of the fair outlook).
Followed by a delightful walk back on a good stalkers' path.

The Lancet Edge makes this day for me, with its 'concentrate your mind and feet' scramble.

Monday 3rd May

Munro: Diollaid a'Chair - Carn Dearg (1034m) (red cairn).
An 'easy stroll' day.

Followed by the long walk (or easier cycle) back to Dalwhinnie and the return to Stirling via Ballinluig for a meal or snack - you will have been hallucinating about this!.
