No membership required. All bed linen supplied. This refurbished facility is self-catering.

Friday 26th March

 

Depart Stirling railway station at 15.00 hrs, other points en-route by arrangement. We will then drive to Claonaig to catch the 19.00 hrs Calmac ferry to Lochranza. (Snack at Tyndrum)

Saturday 27th March

 

Corbett: Goatfell (874m) (hill of wind)
The best known hill on Arran and a 'grand wee stroll'. Lesley, our very knowledgeable guide, does say "Best get your scrambling gloves on"!

Sunday 28th March

 

Corbett: Beinn Nuis - Beinn Tarsuinn (826m) (transverse hill) - Beinn a'Chliabhain - Cir Mhor (799m) (big comb) - Caisteal Abhail (859m) (ptarmigan stronghold)
A big day rewarded with breathtaking views!

Monday 29th March

 

Graham: Beinn Bharrain (721m) (barren hill) - Mullach Buidhe.
A wonderful finish to this captivating island.

Followed by the return to Stirling via Lochranza and Claonaig.

Total Cost £200 - SC Accommodation in the revamped Lochranza Hostel, Transport, Ferries and Guide

This price may be subject to change if the ferry charges increase dramatically.

A non-returnable deposit of £40 is required to confirm booking.
The balance of £160 to be paid by 12th March.
Please make all cheques payable to Janet Whyte and enclose a s.a.e. if a receipt is required.

This deposit is lodged in a Clients Deposit Account with the Bank of Scotland in Callander.
In the event of this trip being cancelled by Glen and Mountain Guides the deposit will be automatically refunded.
