Saturday 14th June

Our trek today starts at Kinlochhourn. We will walk from our start point at 950066 passing Kinloch Hourn House then onto the hill track for Arnisdale. At Gleann Dubh Lochain we will head for Bealach Aoidhdailean and eventually emerge at Glenelg. The planned 16 miles can be slightly shortened at Sound of Sleat should tired legs set in. The welcome transport at Glenelg will take us to Ratagan for a nights stay.

Sunday 15th June

From Morvich outdoor centre we will 'stroll' through Gleann Lichd, taking in the grandeur of the Allt Grannda (250m), passing between Ben Attow and The Five Sisters/Brothers. Our main break for the day will be at Camban bothy where you can admire the incredible Ciste Dhubh before trecking onward into Glen Affric and Alltbeithe Youth Hostel. Please note although this is classed as a primitive hostel it has the luxury of a shower and toilet but do not look for a MICROWAVE. Calor Gas cooking only.

Monday 16th June

The hardy treckers will set out from Alltbeithe retracing our steps for ¾km then taking the Gleann Gniomhaidh route 'topping out' at the Bealach an Sgairne (550m). The mighty Beinn Fhada is on your left with A'Ghlas-bheinn on your right. It is then all the way down to pick up our transport back at Morvich outdoor centre.

You can then rest your weary feet before meeting up with the intrepid Munro/Corbett baggers.

We will then return to Stirling stopping en-route for a well earned snack or meal.
